About Partnerships
Our Onboarding process period for new clients range from one (1) to two (2) weeks upon confirmation of the Service Level Agreement (SLA). The two weeks will account for the identification or recruitment of personnel, and their training in client systems, which may be conducted online at FMSS Manila, or on site at the Principal’s offices prior to handover.
Our business is in and by itself a Human Resources Management concern with an active and expansive database of personnel in all relevant functions plus industry competitive compensation and benefits structures that make our the resource allocation and onboarding process very agile.
